Bharat Infraprojects proudly participated in the National Workshop on Natural Hazards in the Himalaya organized by the Department of Earth Sciences, IIT Roorkee, in collaboration with the Himalayan Society of Geoscientists, held on May 2, 2025.
Mr. Raman Gupta, Managing Director, Mr. Ramesh Dua, Technical Consultant, and Mr. Aditya Gupta, Coordinator attended this insightful event, which explored the dynamic challenges of natural hazards in the Himalayan region. The workshop covered critical topics including landslide mechanisms, glacial dynamics, and the impact of climate change on the region. Keynote speakers, such as Prof. N. K. Samadhiya and Dr. Shantanu Sarkar, shared their expertise on enhancing disaster preparedness, early warning systems, and strategies for mitigating these hazards.
